We make organic, local, superfood mexican fusion cuisine. Tacos, quesadillas, sandwiches, burritos, etc... This is by far one of my favorite restaurants in Charlottesville. The naan taco is amazing. We are moving, and no longer having Farmacy Cafe near us is what I am most sad about. The homemade salsas are incredible and I love that the spicy one is actually spicy! I recommend this place to everyone I meet!!!

FARMacy catered our wedding, and we were super happy with them. The food was fantastic. It's been a month and people are still talking about those empanadas. The service and bussing was also excellent, and they brought nice decorations that perfectly complemented our atmosphere. Jessica was very professional and accommodating to several allergies/food restrictions.

We partnered with The FARMacy for our department picnic and their team was amazing to work with! It was a really hot day and they arrived early, got themselves set up with little direction, and handled our hungry chaos beautifully! This will be our second time working with them and both times have been amazing! Thank you all for your hard work and even joining in on the fun of our day. Glad to have you all be apart of it.

Jessica and her crew did an amazing job at our event. They exceeded all expectations from arrival, set up, service, communication, and the food was outstanding. The small details with labeling each selection was beautifully done. She was so accommodating in every way and I would have them over and over again without question. They are the real deal!!!

Always a consistent, fresh, organic, healthy, and incredibly tasty meal. Went in for a late lunch and got a Super Naan taco and a Mexican Taco (2 tacos). Loved every bite of both. Cannot recommend this place highly enough for a super fresh and healthy lunch. Great service, flavors, and portion size.
